About our Club:
The Medicine Hat Rock & Lapidary Club was founded on November 15, 1989. Since then our club has grown to include many new members and various hands-on activities. Our club holds workshops and training seminars in gem cutting, mineral identification, wire wrapping and silversmithing. A fully equipped workshop is available for member use. We welcome new members anytime. Families are also welcome.

Annual Gem Show:
Annually, one mini show is held in the local malls for 2 days to promote our presence and our club's activities. For more details or for show dates, please contact us.
Pebble Pups:
We sponsor a very active youth group called "Pebble Pups", which meets monthly on the 3rd Sunday (except June, July and August) at 2:00 pm at the Club's meeting location.
Membership:
Annual dues for club membership are: $23.00 per family or couple, $17.00 per individual, $11.00 youth. Pebble Pup dues are now included in the regular family dues and pebble pups parents must belong to the club. To become a member, simply attend any monthly meeting, or contact us.
Newsletter:
Club membership includes a monthly newsletter, "Nuggets". Nine newsletter issues are published per year. We also exchange newsletter bulletins with other clubs. No Newsletter editor at the present time.
